Returns, Cancellations and Damaged goods

Cancellations & Returns:

Should you change your mind about any of our products that you have ordered, please let us know as soon as possible to modify or withdraw your order (as we usually ship orders within 1-2 business days).  If you would like to cancel the order in full, and it has not been shipped we’ll issue a full refund including any postage that has been paid.  For a part of the cancellation, the value of the items that are no longer required will be refunded, after re-calculating the postage (depending on the delivery address and order value) on the revised cost of the order. 

Orders that have already been despatched and you would like to cancel, or if items are found to be unsuitable after being received we offer a refund or substitute to the cost of the products, only if they are returned unopened and in a marketable state. 

Returned items must be sent back to NH Creationz within 14 days.  We will not be responsible for the return postage, hence the customer will bear the shipping cost, before a refund or substitute for the products is provided.  The company reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange products if found unsuitable, for e.g. have e been used, broken. The customer has to make sure the products are returned unused and unopened in the original packaging. 

Once the products are returned as per the above conditions, NH Creationz will refund the amount within 30 days of the date of the invoice, along with the shipping charges and packaging for any products that are found to be defective, and are returned for replacement.  These conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.

Damages:

We ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition. Please do not accept packages that are damaged in transit (e.g. package is open, items are missing, broken or leakage leaking).  Please discuss with the shipping company that delivered the package and make photos of parcel. Please use the contact form to send images and provide details of the damaged goods.  We will aim to replace the damaged products and claim the cost from the delivery company.

Order Confirmation:

Once the payment has been received, an e-mail confirming your order details will be sent out to you.

Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. Sometimes there can be a delay, specially during festivals or celebrations.

Order complete:
When the order is shipped out a 2nd e-mail will be sent out informing you of the courier service used and the tracking details to follow your delivery.
Delivery:

Typically, we are using Royal Mail 2nd class service, which takes 2-3 days to arrive once the package has been sent.

 We try always to keep track that the packages reach on time but should there be a delay we will follow up with Royal Mail to try and sort the issue out.

5. Product Information

Kindly ensure you read all the information provided on the product. Also people having sensitive skin must test the product by using the sample included in the package before opening the product. With any medical concerns regarding products containing essential oils please consult your GP. Use of products that have essential oils is not recommended for young children.

Our advice is to leave skin care products in their original packaging and away from sunlight.

Bath and Body products must be out of sunlight as they stay fresh longer. For best results avoid leaving products on windowsills, close to radiators or high humidity areas.

All the products are handmade, organic, vegan, cruelty free and nature friendly. Please excuse us if each time there is a slight difference in the shape between batches. Typically, this will not affect the quality of the product.

6. Prices, Cancellations and Returns

Prices, delivery costs and payment terms are as described on this website. NH Creationz has the right to change prices subject to procurement of the raw material prices.

Any information, graphic images etc., belongs to NH Creationz, hence you maynot download any information from the website without prior written request for permission to do so.

NH Creationz has the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions as and when required, such as policies, price, information, etc.You agree to review the T & Cs from time to time and keep yourself UpToDate and informed, and as such be bound to the time to time changes. All the old previous editions shall be replaced by the new version. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the T & Cs before placing any order.
